This role is about helping high-performing team members sharpen how they present ideas, lead client conversations, and communicate with clarity and confidence in a business context.

• Coach team members on structured communication in professional and client-facing contexts - emphasizing clarity, conciseness, and logical flow.
• Move beyond grammar and vocabulary to focus on how ideas are delivered: framing, sequencing, tone, and audience awareness.
• Assign practice tasks to reinforce business communication habits outside of sessions.
