• Translate global commercial strategy into scalable execution frameworks, ensuring effective implementation and measurable impact across affiliates.
• Foster the deployment and continuous improvement of commercial models across affiliates, ensuring consistent execution and adaptation to local market realities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, and other key functions, ensuring integrated delivery and execution effectiveness.
