• Develop and maintain organization‑wide KPIs across departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Reports for leadership.
• Partner with department heads to define and refine performance metrics and dashboards.
• Build and automate data pipelines using SQL, Excel, and Python.
