+ Purchaseorders (POs)
+ Invoicesubmission and approval status
+ Vendorspend tracking

+ Monitorand surface alerts and reminders related to:

+ Budgetthresholds
+ Pendingapprovals
+ Trainingand compliance due dates

+ Createand maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to provide clearoperational visibility.
+ Partnerwith Business Program, Finance, and vendor teams to ensure data accuracyand timely follow-ups.
