Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst able to efficiently support the operations of our lending product to ensure smooth Customer and Partner experiences. The ideal candidate is highly analytical with deep problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and process offer restructures, settlement requests and rebates
- Efficiently resolve customer offer queries
- Monitor and ensure system hygiene
- Investigate system issues and track until resolution
- Support Partner Qlikview reporting
- Liaise closely with Partner Operations teams
- Work closely with test team to test and approve new functionality before production
Qualifications and experience
- IT Diploma preferable or qualification in Operations or Technology
