Business Partner & Program Manager GHO E&T - Engineering & Technology

Your role

You will be the primary IT relationship owner for the Engineering & Technology organization, aligning IT and Digital capabilities with business strategy and priorities, acting as a trusted advisor on technology options, risks, and opportunities to enable business value and competitive advantage. You will act as the liaison between E&T business units and IT, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and technology capabilities, and you will define, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of IT and Digital initiatives that support E&T goals, including roadmaps, heatmaps, and strategic planning. You will lead requirements gathering and participate in the development of business cases to justify IT investments, promote IT and Digital services and capabilities, and ensure a tangible link between technology delivery and business outcomes.
