Business Process Senior Associate

_We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant release of life insurance proceeds and related payments. The team plays a critical role in delivering on John Hancock Life’s promise to customers by ensuring beneficiaries and policyholders receive funds with efficiency, care, and adherence to regulatory standards._

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Accurately process and capture case information in the system following established procedures
