Senior Operational/Business Risk Analyst

Investment Management/Finance Risk focused position. You will work on a predefined hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required. The work location will be 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then move to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of operational risk management program requirements for the designated business unit executive leader.
• Proactively identify opportunities and propose solutions to enhance risk management practices and advocate a risk‑aware culture.
• Support and provide guidance on the status of risk program requirements, escalation of issues/findings, and completion of risk program requirements.
• Support and provide guidance to ensure all business units have formalized and robust Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSAs). ...
