Business System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support strategic initiatives within Capital Markets and Finance systems . The role involves working closely with Product Controllers, Finance Controllers, and Technology teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business and functional requirements
• Analyze and support applications involving Capital Markets products (Derivatives, Bonds, MBS)
• Understand trade lifecycle , booking, settlement, positions, sub-ledger, and valuations
• Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and data lineage using SQL and Excel
