Business Systems Analyst

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Business Analyst to support a team focused on claims processing initiatives and business requirements management.

This role is ideal for a business analyst who enjoys gathering requirements, working closely with technical and business teams, and helping deliver solutions that align with customer and operational needs.

This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days/week. 

 

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for claims processing applications

• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to validate business needs and solution requirements

• Translate business requirements into clear functional documentation for development teams
