What You'll Be Doing

Business Case Development & Strategy

• Identify, frame, and size transformation opportunities. Independently diagnosing root causes, assessing strategic relevance, and determining where the organization should invest its energy.
• Build rigorous, compelling business cases that connect transformation opportunities to business value—covering financial impact, risk, sequencing, and the tradeoffs between growth and profitability.
• Design internal processes and policies that balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Risk, to arrive at solutions that are workable across the organization.
• Present to and influence senior leadership, securing commitment and resource allocation to fund and execute transformation initiatives.
