Qualifications

- Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience, preferably in aesthetic, medical, wellness, or service-based industries.
- Strong background in operations, financial management, and team leadership.
Desirable
- Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, wellness, or cosmetic healthcare.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic compliance.
- Experience handling multi-branch or multi-unit operations.
