Author Interface Specification Packs: Profile; Connectivity (ports/certs/IPs/VPN; Private Endpoint/PrivateLink, API Management/API Gateway). Data contract (fields/types/samples). Schedule (CA-7 → Control-M mapping; note any Event Grid/EventBridge triggers). Error handling; security flags (PII safe-harbor); test snippet; cutover steps. Write testable functional/non-functional requirements with acceptance criteria; maintain full traceability (requirement → design → test → sign-off). Map IMS/COBOL copybooks trelational target (AWS RDS/Aurora/SQL Server or Azure SQL); define reconciliation logic/thresholds.
