Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services and handle special requests
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service

- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and luxury service standard
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or serviced residence
- Strong knowledge of luxury service etiquette and personalized guest service
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
