Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our Supply Chain team supporting our Minnesota Precision Machining Division, which serves both semiconductor and a growing Aerospace & Defense (A&D) customer base. This role is critical to ensuring supply continuity, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and managing supplier performance during a period of rapid growth and operational complexity. The Minnesota site supports AS9100‑certified Aerospace & Defense programs while continuing to scale semiconductor production, requiring close supplier collaboration, strong procurement discipline, and effective cross‑functional coordination. The Buyer will work closely with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Operations to manage procurement activities, support NPI programs, and mitigate supply risks that could impact production ramps and customer commitments.
