Buyer/Planner II

Position Summary:

Major responsibilities of a Buyer/Planner II are the overall SIOP of assigned business, management and tracking of inventory / supply levels of the assigned product class to support customer demand thru close coordination with the BBR Supervisor and Category Manager, review and release MRP signals, execution of Purchase Orders, manage supplier delivery and communication, maintain the target inventory levels as specified by the KPI’s. Maintain data integrity of all systems required to manage the assigned product line. Buyer/Planner II also support Category Manager and Supply Chain activities and projects that drives improvements.

Handles inventory and supply with low to medium spend commodities to support less complex product class but still have direct impact to customer satisfaction and Company cash flow thru inventory DIO.
