C# Developer - Healthcare

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Backend Developer to join a leading organisation within the healthcare technology sector. This is a 6‑month initial contract, operating on a hybrid basis, offering the chance to work on large‑scale, high‑impact systems that directly support healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and modern architectural patterns
  • Build and optimise SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and performance tuning
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of distributed, scalable, resilient systems
