CAD/ Revit Technician

CAD/ Revit Technician Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Hybrid: 1 day per week in the office (optional WFH)
The OpportunityHays are working with a well-established, sector leading, specialist contractor based in Manchester, who is looking to appoint a CAD/ Revit Technician to join their technical design team on a permanent basis.This role is ideal for a CAD Designer with Revit and AutoCAD experience, within the MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities

Produce Revit and AutoCAD models and drawings

Prepare, amend, issue, and record drawings in line with internal procedures

Submit drawings to Document Control or external stakeholders as required

Effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet project deadlines

Ensure drawings fully meet project requirements, agreed programmes of work, and internal processes

Work closely with the wider contracting and project teams to support delivery
