CAE-Durability

Area of Responsibility: The CAE Engineer will be responsible to carry out automotive full vehicle durability analysis. He will be responsible for summarizing results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner. He is responsible for test correlation, issue resolution, customisation, and new process development. Job Requirements: Creation of CAE Models (System level / BIW / Full Vehicle) Ability to do Integration (Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections) Able to carry out BiW durability analysis using Optistruct and Abaqus based on DLC and RLD, Feedback to customer on performance and address issues Able to bolt force, SPR, FDS force analysis and suggest countermeasures to meet targets. Should have good knowledge on fatigue tools like nCode and be able to perform fatigue assessments.
