The role: 

Establish and help develop and grow the CA/Estimating department 

Prepare tenders and manage all contracts and compliance and negotiations 

Assisting with project management 

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders 

Working closely with sales team on new projects

Working on schools, childcare centres and luxury hospitality modular projects
