We’re seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead one of our client's busy locations at Chermside. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-profile location within a supportive and structured operation. You’ll be working with a friendly team, serving up delicious coffee and a bespoke menu for both takeaway and a la carte dining. With full autonomy, you'll take ownership of the cafe, driving its success and ensuring the highest standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in staff management – recruitment, training, and performance management for a team of 30+
• Ability to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs
• Expertise in ordering and stock management, including cost control, food safety standards, and OH&S compliance
• A hands-on leadership style with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
