1. To build operational quality measurement and KPI management system for Spain self built network for from pick up to delivery, include cross border and solutions, in order to improve operational performance.
2. Define and set clearly each section in the last mile operations the target of quality, cost and transit time KPI and measurements.
3. Work with different teams in the cross cultural environments to align with key holders and to deliver result, meanwhile keep tracking on a weekly basis the status of implementation of key holders and action points follow up.
