Opportunity Description
Calibration & Maintenance Engineering Team Lead
You will lead a calibration function where your team ensures critical test and measurement equipment is accurate, compliant and fully operational, giving you real ownership of technical standards and team output. This role gives clear responsibility for both people leadership and hands on technical oversight in a regulated engineering environment.
What you will need
HNC or HND or above in electronics engineering or equivalent Proven experience managing engineering teams or leading technical staff Strong understanding of test and measurement equipment and calibration principles Experience working to engineering standards and audit requirements
Salary and rewards
£50,000 plus performance related bonus up to £2,500 per year
