Responsibilities
- Handling inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Assisting with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and insurance verifications.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Educating patients about health programs and preventative care.
- Collaborating with billing departments to address billing inquiries and disputes.
- Maintaining accurate records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a Licensed Nurse or Nursing Graduate or at least have any Medical background
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Candidate must have good English communication skills
