Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Document interactions and customer feedback for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates are welcome — No experience required!
• High school graduates must have 6 months to 1 year BPO experience
• With average to good communication skills
• Must be willing to start ASAP
