Job Description:

We are hiring Call Center Agents to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and general account concerns while providing excellent customer service.



Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide product and pricing information

Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges

Maintain accurate records of transactions

Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards



Schedule & Training:

Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training on retail systems and processes



Requirements:

Must have 6months to 1 year of call center experience

At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
