Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to online inquiries, confirm appointments, and make outbound calls for patient retention
- Prepare and send patient letters/reports
- Attach clinical documents to patient charts
- Submit cases to the Department of Health (DOH) via fax or online portal
- Email medical reports requested by patients
- Efficiently multitask and navigate multiple systems, including electronic medical records, to provide medical information and follow-up support after clinical visits
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
Qualifications
- High school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate degree holder, or college-level education
- With at least 6 months of BPO experience
