Purpose of the position

Focus on Call Center solution sales to the customers and build partner channel for it, support Rep office for customer communication, customer requirements collection, producing market insight on call center industry etc

Major Compulsory Responsibilities

1. Establish and communicate values of the solutions to customers
2. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing market insight
3. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
4. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
5. Facilitate regular sync meetings to assist in the planning, estimation, alignment, and decision making in relation to solution features and capabilities
6. Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
