Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Record and update customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company procedures and scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks or follow-up actions as needed.
