Opportunity Description
The main objective is to: Provides customer support by handling inquiries, order requests, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience. Manages calls for assigned contact center campaigns, processes approvals (e.g., OP, IP, Dental), accurately reviews medical documents, delivers precise coverage information, and meets performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year medical allied courses.
- Registered or non-registered medical allied with clinical or non-clinical experience.
- Fresh Graduates of any 4-year medical course
- Medical Allied undergraduates with Anatomical class exposure.
- Amenable in a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work onsite.
