Call Center Representative

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate
• At least 3 months of BPO/call center experience
• Open to fresh graduates with no call center experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Able to work night shift schedule
• Willing to commit to a 5-month contract (Opportunity for extension and potential permanent employment will be based on your performance and the company’s needs.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Provide accurate information and deliver effective solutions
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently
