Under the overall supervision of the Protection Coordinator and the direct supervision of the National Protection Officer, the incumbent will support with the coordination and monitoring of the provision of protection services through Implementing Partner organizations of IOM’s emergency response to the flood crisis and Afghanistan crisis in Pakistan.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Assist in coordinating the work of implementing partners (IPs) in the implementation of specialized protection services.
• Participate in capacity‑building sessions for IPs on general protection, protection mainstreaming principles, gender‑based violence (GBV), child protection (CP), counter trafficking (CT), safe referral pathways, prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), data protection, and other relevant topics.
