About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Campaign Manager - Database Marketing to join theresort’s Database Marketing team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:- Manage the full operational lifecycle of campaigns, from audience selection and data extraction to deployment handoff
- Build, validate, and deliver campaign audiences, ensuring accuracy in targeting logic, volumes, suppressions, and exclusions
- Translate predictive model outputs, segmentation frameworks, and business rules into actionable campaign criteria
- Maintain and execute campaign calendars (daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring all deadlines are met consistently
- Lead accurate analytical responses to inquiries from Gaming Operations
- Monitor campaign execution and proactively identify and resolve issues (e.g., targeting errors, missing data, inconsistencies)
