What you'll do

As a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Canada you provide exemplary customer service, maintain and zone the general merchandise area, and assist with stocking and the sale of goods.

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and helping them make purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Covered assigned area(s) on the sales floor.
• Zoned assigned area.
• Moved feature merchandise to its modular home.
• Worked recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
• Assisted with Front End coverage.
