(CAN) GM Lead Department Manager

Position Summary To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager, ensuring a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You'll Do

Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.

Assists in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.

Assesses the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
