Our client is a large food company in the Middle East with an exceptional opportunity in Dubai. They need a Bakery Plant / Production Manager for a large bakery producing potato buns and rolls. The base salary is USD $4,200 per month plus 40% for expat allowances, but they are willing to consider a higher base salary for candidates with exceptional backgrounds. Open to all nationalities if coming from one of the firms listed below.

You will handle daily operations of high-volume production and packaging processes. We are looking for candidates from companies that produce no less than 300,000 bags of buns per day, as this is the production level they aim to achieve in the future. The person will help set up the bakery according to the highest standards and to start high-volume production.
