Purpose of the Role:

To serve as a critical technical for the support Business Development and Enterprise Sales teams in the APAC. You will provide pre-sales technical support, post-sales enablement, and rapid-response troubleshooting to ensure the success of strategic prospects and customers. Your role is to accelerate the sales cycle, enhance customer confidence, and ensure technical issues are resolved before they become business blockers.
