Shift Patern Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Main duties and responsibilities

• To maintain a high standard of care. and to create a homely atmosphere while maintaining a safe environment for Sisters.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are complied with.and ensure adult safeguarding protocols are in place.
• Maintain a high standard of communication, professional and ethical responsibility.
• Provide person-centred care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life of Sisters by: assessing care needs of each sister and develop a care plan
