* Care Manager, Registered Nurse, Occupational
Therapist or Social Worker * Primarily based in Tasman Community, with offices in
Richmond or Motueka * Permanent role * 0.8FTE working 64 hours a fortnight * Working between the hours of Monday to Friday,
