Dovida is seeking a dedicated Care Manager Team Leader to join our team based in Coburg North. In this key role, you’ll support and lead our Care Management team, helping to shape and enhance the client experience across Melbourne Inner North region.

You will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and motivating Care Managers to reach both individual and team objectives.
