We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Partner to join our team in Clayton, Victoria, offering telephone-based care and virtual care for our clients.
This position will be in our Self-Managed Division. We cater our support to each client’s unique care needs to ensure we have the best solution for every Home Care Package holder.
** As this is a Virtual/Telehealth role, it will offer a hybrid working arrangement between office and WHF days.
