Care Worker- Community (Must be a driver with own transport)

The Role of a Care Worker 

As a Care Worker you will be working with the people we support to live independently within their own home and local community by  

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc. 
• Supporting with medication administration 
• Supporting with meal preparation  
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, appointment’s
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties  
• Supporting with any other day to day routines
