Position: Caregiver Onboarding Coordinator Location: On-site – Sede Mayab, Mérida, Mexico Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Caregiver Onboarding Coordinator to support newly hired caregivers throughout the onboarding process. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience from offer acceptance through orientation day. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding workflows while providing excellent virtual support and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with newly hired caregivers from offer acceptance through orientation day to ensure a positive onboarding experience. Provide virtual support to caregivers with onboarding documentation and required uploads. Track onboarding progress and follow up consistently to ensure all r...
