Job Title: Cargo Surveyor

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Travel Required: Frequent travel
Location: Head Office Liverpool
Position Type: Full time

Working Hours & Pay

• Typical shift pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm
• Average hours: 45 hours per week
• Overtime: Paid at time and a half for hours worked over 37.5 (Monday to Friday)
• Sundays: Paid at double time

Job Description

You will act as an independent, unbiased third party carrying out pre-shipment cargo inspections across a wide range of goods, including scrap metals, minerals, and agricultural products. You will provide accurate, up-to-date reporting from the field on quality, weight, and other key aspects of the cargo and its handling.
