The Carrier Sourcing Manager acts as the primary contract manager for Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). The main mission is to identify, select, and contract the most suitable carriers at the best price within set margins. The focus is on building a robust network, ensuring legal compliance, and successfully onboarding partners before they are handed over to the operational teams.

In this position, you’ll

• Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management : Searching, selecting, and contracting carriers, combining commercial skills with in-depth logistics and process knowledge.
• Network Resilience & Plan B : Responsible for creating and maintaining an extensive network of potential partners to ensure continuity (Plan B).
• Compliance & Legal : Ensuring full documentary and legal compliance for all contracted DSPs.
