Opportunity Description
Schedule: Mon- Fri 9am-5pm
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203
Pay: $24-$26/hour
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services via use of EBP, TIC, MI
- Assist clients to achieve housing and recovery goals
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Perform other related duties, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience in case management, social services, or supportive housing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of supportive housing programs and community resources is a plus.
