We have a wonderful opportunity for a Case Manager with at least 12 months experience to join our friendly Northern Case Management Team, who are passionate about providing a non-discriminatory service to people with acquired neurological damage brain and spinal cord injury for both children and adults of all ages in a domiciliary setting. Our goal is to empower them to develop their full potential and enrich their lifestyle through providing a comprehensive client focused service!

For this role you will need to be a driver with ability to travel and hold a UK professional health qualification which requires you to be HCPC, NMC or Social Worker Registered. It would also be an advantage if you are an Advanced Members or working towards advanced membership status of the British Association of Brain Injury Case...
