Casual Program Leader Position Kelowna

BGC Okanagan is on the lookout for passionate casual Program Leaders for School-Age Childcare programs across various locations in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Help create safe, engaging environments where children thrive.
In this casual position, you will develop and deliver fun, diverse programming while establishing positive relationships with children and their families. Your responsibilities will include supervising members’ health and safety and mentoring fellow Activity Leaders. Teamwork and effective communication are essential to ensure a successful program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and participate in recreational programs
• Directly supervise and ensure wellness for all program members
• Mentor and lead Activity Leaders in execution of activities
• Communicate openly with parents and caregivers
• Operate Club vans for member transportation as required
