Category Manager (Consumer Electronics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end merchandise planning, sourcing, and price negotiations for a wide tech portfolio.

• Oversee 4,000 to 16,000 SKUs, ensuring competitive pricing and consistent product availability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad network of local and international vendors.

• Analyze sales data and inventory metrics to guide buying strategies and maximize margins.

• Mentor and lead a small team of buyers to maintain a high-performance work environment.



Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in category management or procurement in the electronics space.

• Expertise in handling gadgets, smart devices, laptops, audio, and gaming products.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in ERP/purchasing platforms and MS Excel.
