- Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or similar certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical documentation improvement or medical coding.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding, DRG assignment, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze medical records and identify documentation gaps.
- Experience in training and educating healthcare providers on documentation practices.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
